Package 1- $229

“I just need a few photos to highlight my small event”

Your photographer will capture up to 45 minutes of photos. This option will highlight one portion of your event (either untouched details/decor and group shots early on, OR the middle portion of your event.) Your photographer will upload 20 photographer-selected images to a gallery while ON-SITE, so you have your images available instantly.

Q: Is this package right for me?

A: If you want to capture untouched decor photos and some formal group shots as your guests arrive, this is a good option. On the other hand, if decor photos aren’t important to you, this option is great starting about 45 minutes into your party as people warm up. If you are expecting less than 25 people at your event, we will be able to capture the majority of your guests in some way.

Package 2 - $289

“I just need the important parts of my event covered.”

Package 2 is our most popular package. Your photographer will capture up to 1 hour 15 minutes of your event. This option will typically highlight either the first half, or the last half of your event. You will receive approximately 40 photographer-selected images in a gallery while your photographer remains ON-SITE, so you have your images available instantly.

Q: Is this package right for me?

A: This is our most popular booking. If photos of the untouched details of the event (decor etc.) are important to you, and you would like photos of attendees during the main portion of your event, this is a great option. On the other hand, if untouched detail/decor shots are not important to you, have your photographer show up 30-45 minutes after your event begins. This is great for events with 25-40 people expected.

Package 3 -  $349

“I need my entire event captured or two locations close together”

Your photographer will capture up to 1 hour and 45 minutes of your event. This option will capture a significant amount of a 2-2.5 hour event well. You will receive approximately 60 photographer-selected images to a gallery while ON-SITE, so you have your images available instantly. You are also welcome to add-on time in 15 minute increments from our add-on section.

Q: What needs are right for package 3?

A: Package 3 is great for those who need the majority of a 2 hour event covered. This is also a great package for “drop in events” where guests may be arriving at different times. This option will capture the beginning, middle, and end of the event, so you have pictures from start to finish. This is ideal for events with over 40 people expected to attend where the host would like a lot of group images of a good portion of the people attending.

ADD-ON TO ANY PACKAGE

Add-on 1 - “more time” $39/15 min

Add on time in 15 minute increments and 5 more images. This option is great if you like a package, but would like a little more time. If you are having a great time and would like for your photographer to stay longer, just ask if they are available. You can pay via Venmo right there on the spot!

Add-on 2 - “shot list” $29

If you are a person who needs to give your photographer a specific shot list to guide them toward images that you feel are needed to accurately capture what and whom you’d like, this add-on is for you.
